3v3ryday Grind

3v3ryday Grind is a community enrichment initiative designed to offset and eliminate occurrences of violence, houselessness, recidivism, and economic disparities that are statistically more significant in communities of color.

3v3ryday Grind works insides the education system, in corrections, in collaboration with vested community partners and within the community as a whole to increase the implementation of safety initiatives, intervention with high-risk individuals, outreach to justice impacted individuals, wrap around client services, and direct education as it pertains to safety planning, essential life skills, and economic empowerment via career exploration for low-income and no income communities.

3v3ryday Grind facilitates industry specific educational opportunities within the construction and manufacturing industries as well as other career paths. We work closely with Pre-apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programs to offer support to participants and create pathways for community involvement. We offer career services support as it pertains to workforce preparation to not only obtain employment but to keep it. A unique value that 3v3ryday Grind brings to the community is the Community Pulse Series, an initiative to increase the diversity, equity and inclusion within the construction industry via intentional recruitment from the black and brown community.

We work to introduce the whole family, youth and adults; to healthy prosocial activities, redirection as it pertains to high-risk behaviors, intentional work around financial literacy, employment, deterrence from criminal activity, confidence building and goal setting as well as a range of additional essential services.
